Objectives (*)By the end of this course the students will be able to develop a sound marketing plan based on the global core strategy of the firm and the intended positioning of the company in a local market.
Subject (*)Based on the intended strategic positioning in the selected markets and the taken market-entry mode decisions participants develop a business plan, set objectives, take marketing-mix decisions, determine human resource allocation, fiancial planning and controlling of effectiveness.
