Ziele
Participants develop a theoretical and practical understanding of international business development processes. They grasp the purpose and content of a global core strategy, of global branding and the decisions to be taken and learn and apply various strategy development tools to understand processes of strategy formation.
Lehrinhalte
Starting from an analysis of companies' corporate policies, participants determine the current success pattern of businesses and a short list of attractive potential markets. Participants analyse these markets in terms of success factors and determine the competitive position of the companies in the most attractive potential markets.
