Objectives (*)By the end of the course participants will have developed a theoretical and practical understanding of a logically structured process of market assessment and selection as a first step in an international business development processes. Participants will also have improved their decision-making and presentation skills.
Subject (*)Starting from an analysis of their companies' corporate policies participants learn how to determine the current success pattern of their businesses and a short list of attractive potential markets. Participants learn to analyze these markets in terms of success factors and to determine the competitive position of their companies in the most attractive potential markets.
