Objectives The students know core competencies for intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship and reflect upon their further development. They know definitions and theoretical models and instruments in entrepreneurial marketing, strategy and learning. They know peculiarities of SME and analyse success factors for start-ups and business succession. They know relevant framework conditions (f.i. infrastructure, law) and reflect upon their influence on entrepreneurial attitude.
Subject Fundamental Definitions in the field of entrepreneurship;
Start-Ups and SME;
Entrepreneurial Competency Profile and competency development, personal traits of entrepreneurs;
Opportunity recognition;
Business-Planning, Entrepreneurial Strategy, Entrepreneurial Finance, Entrepreneurial Marketing,
Framework conditions for entrepreneurs,
the support infrastructure for entrepreneurs,
selected special topics (f.i. social, female, serial, portfolio Entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship education.)
