Objectives (*)Participants develop a theoretical and practical understanding of international business development processes. They grasp the purpose and content of a global core strategy, of global branding and the decisions to be taken and learn and apply various strategy development tools to understand processes of strategy formation.
Subject (*)Starting from an analysis of companies' corporate policies, participants determine the current success pattern of businesses and a short list of attractive potential markets. Participants analyse these markets in terms of success factors and determine the competitive position of the companies in the most attractive potential markets.
