Based on the global core strategy participants learn how to develop a set of selection criteria for potential market-entry modes and how to apply these criteria systematically in the evaluation of market-entry modes.
Lehrinhalte
Participants analyse the intended strategic position of companies in selected markets to determine the most important evaluation criteria for potential market-entry modes. These criteria are applied in a systematic selection process. Concerns related to mergers and acquisitions in international business receive special attention.
