Learning Outcomes
The students know which legal norms are to be applied to specific situations and can determine whether a certain situation meets all the elements of a norm (subsumption). They are therefore able to examine (simple) legal claims (e.g. the owner's claim for return, the seller's claim for the purchase price). The students know under which conditions contracts can be effectively concluded or subsequently dissolved. The students know the requirements necessary for the establishment of partnerships and companies.
