Objectives |
The students have knowledge of core concepts in organization theory and organizational behavior. They are able to apply this knowledge in analyzing typical situations in organizations. They can differentiate theories and models of how organizations are structured and understand basic organizational processes and behaviors. Based in this knowledge, they are able to interpret social dynamics in organizations and derive conclusions for organizational design, management and leadership.

The students have knowledge of core concepts in organization theory and organizational behavior. They understand organizations as social systems and can differentiate organizational structures. They know what motivates employees and are familiar with basic concepts of leadership. They understand group dynamics and the role of communication and power in organizations. They understand organizational decision-making and are familiar with important organizational theories.
