Detailed information |
Original study plan |
Master's programme Electronics and Information Technology 2024W |
Objectives |
Students know and understand the fundamentals and key topologies of DC voltage regulators. They are able to analyse and dimension their operating behaviour and thus define their possible uses and limits in terms of applicability. They will also know and understand the main control methods for self-controlled DC inverters.
The level of treatment of the topics mentioned corresponds approximately to that of the relevant chapters in the textbook Zach, Franz: Leistungselektronik, 5. Auflage, Springer Verlag (2015)
