                      | Objectives | Students know and understand the basics and essential topologies of power semiconductor components and DC voltage regulators. They are able to analyse and dimension their operating behaviour and thus define their possible uses and limits in terms of applicability. They are able to assign real effects and are able to design circuits to minimise parasitic effects. They can also independently dimension DC voltage regulators, design corresponding circuit diagrams, create PCB production documents, assemble circuit boards and put them into operation. |
