Objectives Learning outcomes:

  • LO1: Students will develop theory-based competences in the areas of interpersonal processes, group processes, group dynamics, and self-management.
  • LO2: Students will intensively work on different models and theories related to intercultural competences.
  • LO3: Students will prepare, structure and deliver effective presentations and successful negotiations and to moderate meetings efficiently and effectively.
  • LO4: Students will explore strategies and challenges for the inclusion of men and women, older and younger colleagues, people from different ethnic backgrounds, religions or various educational backgrounds in modern organizations.
  • LO5: Students will identify basic definitions of business ethics and evaluate the importance of various normative ethical theories from different international perspectives.
