Original study plan Master's programme Management 2019W
Objectives The students will learn to critically reflect the relevant state-of-the-art literature and thus acquire profound knowledge in specific fields of strategic and international management such as strategy processes, business models, dynamic and open aspects in strategic management, international strategy, and globalization challenges. A particular focus is on digitalization. In an “Interdisciplinary Business Project” students get the opportunity to apply the theoretical, conceptional and analytical skills to a company-based project. They learn to think and act interdisciplinary, to interact with corporate representatives and to solve complex problems together. Teaching and learning methods will be a mixture of traditional lecturing, class discussions and group work, role-plays, presentations, and virtual team work.
