Ziele (*)During the course “Interpersonal skills, gender & diversity” students will experience, understand and reflect dynamics of interpersonal processes and develop theory-based competencies in self-management.

Upon successful completion of the course they will be able to combine insights from personal experiences with theoretical background on diversity management, intercultural skills, communication theories and conflict management.

  • Competencies in self-management
  • Diversity management
  • Communication skills and managing conflict
  • Instruments and skills to handle social processes in projects

Lehrmethoden (*)Several case studies and management simulations including group discussions facilitate experience-based learning and allow for combining insights from personal experiences with theoretical background of diversity, intercultural communication and conflict management.
