| Objectives |
During the course “Interpersonal skills, gender & diversity” students will experience, understand and reflect dynamics of interpersonal processes and develop theory-based competencies in self-management.
Upon successful completion of the course they will be able to combine insights from personal experiences with theoretical background on diversity management, intercultural skills, communication theories and conflict management.
