Objectives |
Students will acquire skills to examine business organisation and personnel policies from an economic perspective. They will become familiar with the incentive effects found in recruiting systems, compensation schemes and systems of advancement. Students will be in a position to mathematically understand formulated models and assess their applicability in various situations.
