| Objectives |
The class Unternehmensgründung und -entwicklung 2 offers an overview of relevant founding and entrepreneurial research topics to students. After attending this class they have developed the necessary theoretical background to set up/take over a business and to reflect and analyse their entrepreneurial activities.

In order to attain the course's educational goals, the course focuses alternately on theoretical input as well as the presentation of guest speakers, followed by sessions of critical reflection and discussion
