Objectives The primary objective of this course is to ensure a working and practical knowledge of the subjects from the lecture course ``Mathematics for Chemistry I.''

  3. Mappings, functions
  4. Complex numbers
  5. Sequences
  6. Continuous functions and limits
  7. Differential calculus of functions in one variable
  8. Integral calculus of functions in one variable
Criteria for evaluation The course grade will be based on three components: weekly homework assignments + in-class presentations and cumulative final exam at the end of the semester. Details for the calculation of the final grade can be found at the course homepage.
