Objectives Introduction to the field of Digital Signal Processing and Digital Signal Analysis, its basic models, techniques and algorithms.
Subject Phasors, physical basics, digitization (sampling and quantization), feedforward filter, feedback filter, Fourier series, discrete Fourier transform (DFT), z-transform, applications of the DFT, spectrograms, filter design.
Criteria for evaluation Written exam at the end of the semester.

Study material PDF versions of the slides used in the lecture will be made available via KUSSS (weekly).
