Objectives The seminar offers an in-depth exploration of selected topics in the field of organizational psychology. The interactive nature of the course is intended to help students better understand practical applications of theoretical content, and to help them transfer their knowledge to new contexts.
Subject The seminar extends the content covered by the course Work and Organizational Psychology (e.g. leadership, personnel selection, working in teams) through the analysis and discussion of current empirical research.
