Objectives

The social behavior of people, especially in organizations and in the market. The organizational, technical and human environment of a business. Psychological aspects of man; theories of motivation and leadership; management; communication as priority management task. Character requirements for the executive; leadership style; the leadership behavior in different situations on the basis of case studies. Fundamentals of Project Management.
