Objectives Discussing actual changes in structures and processes of the workplace in consequence of the implementation of new media. Students gain knowledge of practical impressions and the current state of research.
Subject Changes in the workplace in consequence of new media: in communication (computer mediated communication), collaboration (e-work, virtual team play), human resource management (e-learning, blended learning, e-recruiting, recruitainment).
