Transcriptomics: Microarray techniques (Affymetrix, Illumina, Agilent, two-color), image processing (gridding, spot detection), background correction, normalization, summarization, gene expression profiles, differentially expressed genes, study design, gene selection, classification, alternative cdfs, informative-noninformative calls, present-absent calls, false discovery rate and its correction
