Bioinformatics tools (EMBOSS, BioPerl, R , bioconductor), data sources (PDB, EMBL, NCBI, SwissProt & TrEMBL, PROSITE, PUBMED), PAM & BLOSUM matrices, global and local alignment, multiple alignment, BLAST, FASTA, BLAT
Subordinated subjects, modules and lectures
