Objectives Students understand and can apply advanced basics of electrical engineering and information technology.
Subject Techniques for formal modeling and specification of information systems, circuit theory, electrodynamics, computational electromagnetics, RF engineering, wave propagation, antenna theory, integrated circuit design, digital signal processing, digital communications, modulation, equalization, multiple access, network protocols.
Further information If students already successfully completed the courses INBIPVONETZ: VO Networks and Distributed Systems (3 ECTS) and INBIPUENETZ: UE Networks and Distributed Systems (1,5 ECTS) in the Bachelor's program, the courses 921NESENMAK13: KV Network Management (3 ECTS) and 921NESENSEK13: KV Network Security (1,5 ECTS) have to be taken instead.
