Objectives Analysis of entrepreneurial key competencies and skills on the individual, team and organisational level; Analysis of phase specific problems in SME (f.i. start-up and development, internationalisation, business succession; Reflection of psychological, pedagogical and sociological aspects of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial learning and development; Discussion and reflection of entrepreneurial tools, Discussion of research topics in entrepreneurship education and research.
Subject Entrepreneurial core competencies and skills in SME and family businesses (individual, team, organisational level, phase-specific problems in SME, Entrepreneurial tools, Trends in entrepreneurship education and research.
Criteria for evaluation Quality of papers and of empirical field work (f.i. interviews, quality of presentations, tests).
Methods Lecture, presentations, group work, seminar papers, field work.
