Objectives Students are competent to play any responsible role in service development projects. They are able to assess their own current knowledge (methods, concepts, problem-solving approaches, etc.) in service engineering based on their own experiences in a practical context.
Subject Implementation and practical testing of the knowledge gained in the modules service engineering and where appropriate, advanced service engineering in a project with due complexity and under the application of techniques of leadership negotiation, conflict resolution, team organization, communication, and moderation.

Criteria for evaluation The course has an immanent examination character. The evaluation is based on the intensity and professionalism of team work, and of reached Goals (development results, Project reports)
Methods The course challenges students in applying the contents of the module service engineering. In the context of the course students independently plan, specify, develop and test a service engineering project. Students work in teams. The work products of the students are jointly reviewed and improved throughout the course.

Further information Team-oriented implementation of a service development project under the instruction of an experienced developer. As a preparation for project execution, training sessions will be offered at the beginning of the laboratory. Core themes vary from semester to semester.
