Subject sufficiency, exponential families

point estimation (ML, method of moments, least squares), criteria for point estimates, Cramer-Rao inequality, asymptotic properties, confidence intervals

hypothesis testing: likelihood ratio test, Wald test, Score Test, Lemma of Neyman and Pearson
