                      Selected chapters of Business Engineering and Management to develop sector-specific information systems - examples are: elicitation of tacit knowledge, process design, product life cycle applications, strategy development. Methodically: problems and potential development, introduction to structured information retrieval and content analysis, development of evaluation grids, Information Processing; problem-/potential- specific processing of collected information.
