Objectives
(*)By the end of this course participants will understand the special dynamics of leading and cooperating in highly diverse teams and how to manage these dynamics as team leaders. They will have developed greater understanding of the need for cultural awarenesses and effectiveness at five key stages of the life cycle of an international project.
