Objectives (*)Participants get a deepend understanding of differences in multi-cultural business enviroments and how to handle these differences in cross-cultural communication as well as in multi-cultural human resource management. The general aim of this module is to gain a better understanding of the business culture in Eastern European countries.
Subject (*)Participants experience what is required to build trust and influence stakeholders more strategically through their approach to communication in a multinational working context. They also gain new insights into how differences in cultural assumptions can impact productivity and lead to missed business opportunities.
