Objectives
(*)In the course the students will draw upon 30 years of academic research and consulting practice and develop sound fundamentals for understanding (a) when M&A should be considered and (b) how to navigate through the various steps of M&A from selection, negotiations and integration of the acquired entity. Less emphasis will be placed on strict financial valuations but strategic rationale for valuation will be discussed.
