Master's programme Pervasive Computing (discontinuing) 2012W |
Objectives |
(*)Computer vision is found in many applications and domains such as 3D reconstruction, robotics, medical engineering, human-computer interaction, contact free measurement, remote sensing, etc. This course will provide initial insight into the basics of computer vision.
|
Subject |
(*)Optical and geometric principles of cameras, projective imaging, geometric camera model and calibration, single and multiview geometry, estimation of disparities, 3D reconstruction from projective images and from motion, processing of images and range data: gradient domain processing, registration, segmentation, filtering, feature detection, texture analysis and synthesis, object recognition; applications such as computational photography.
