Competences |
- Students acquire the competence to understand the fundamental principles of social law.
- They learn the key statutory entitlements under the General Social Insurance Act (ASVG) for general social insurance law, health insurance, accident insurance, and unemployment insurance. The primary focus is on benefit-related aspects (e.g. entitlement to sickness benefits, entitlement to in-kind benefits, entitlement to disability pensions, as well as entitlement to and loss of unemployment benefits).
