  • They understand the role of collective labour law, its key actors (social partners, employee representation bodies, etc.), and its instruments (collective agreements, works agreements, statutes, etc.).

  • Answer everyday questions related to collective labour law (e.g. "Which collective agreement applies to my employment relationship?") (k2, k3, k4, k5).
  • Navigate and interpret collective agreements and works agreements (k2, k5).
  • Conduct case analyses and develop solutions in the field of collective labour law (k3, k4).
  • Argue and justify labour law claims (k1, k5, k6).
  • Fundamentals of collective labour law (differences from individual labour law).
  • Importance and functions of collective agreements.
  • Trade unions and employers' associations (collective bargaining parties), statutory interest representation bodies.
