Students will be able to independently identify and pursue advanced academic topics in the field of welfare production and well-being, guided by their research interests.
They can demonstrate academic autonomy by selecting, engaging with, and applying knowledge gained in courses outside of the Master programme ‘Comparative Social Policy and Welfare’ .
They will be able to integrate insights and methodologies from external Master-level courses into their broader understanding of welfare state research.

Beurteilungskriterien
(*)“Optional studies” have to be in line with both the programmes’ principles and the topic of the student’s thesis. Students have to obtain approval by the academic coordinator in advance.
