Competences
The students are able to carry out organizational development projects in accordance with the state of the art and to participate in these projects in different roles.
Skills Knowledge
  • LO2: The students are able to develop organizational structures (K3).
  • LO3: They are able to assess their level of knowledge in business engineering & management (methods, concepts, solution approaches, etc.) based on experience from practical application contexts (K5).
LO1: Analysis, design, implementation, introduction and/or evaluation of organizational systems within the framework of a project using scientifically proven team organization, communication and moderation techniques; methods and tools for the implementation of projects for the development of organizational structures
Criteria for evaluation Course grades will be based on examination results, each student's work, the degree of professional conduct in regards to the group project, and how well targeted results are achieved (results of development progress and the project report).

Further information Team oriented development and progress of an organizational development project under the supervision of an experienced overseer. At the beginning of the course - in preparation for the project - training units will be scheduled in order to provide in-depth and supplementary material. Topics vary each semester.
