Course grades will be based on examination results, each student's work, the degree of professional conduct in regards to the group project, and how well targeted results are achieved (results of development progress and the project report).

| Further information |
Team oriented development and progress of an organizational development project under the supervision of an experienced overseer. At the beginning of the course - in preparation for the project - training units will be scheduled in order to provide in-depth and supplementary material. Topics vary each semester.
