Competences
Students are able to identify and discuss fundamental legal (especially public and civil law) issues of the digital society.
Skills Knowledge
Students acquire core legal competences. These include the ability to find, read and understand legal provisions, to develop legal arguments and considerations both verbally and in writing, to cite standards correctly and to use the legal information system (RIS). Students acquire a basic understanding of law and the legal system as well as the digital transformation of law. They will be familiar with the constitutional - in particular fundamental rights - framework conditions of legal development and understand the legal effects and control options of the digital transformation.
