Students will understand the need for measurement and control applied in polymer processing, will know different measurement methods, will be able to analyze the measured signal and suggest methods for improving the data acquisition and data application for reaching specific improvements in polymer processing.

Further information The aim of this course is to introduce polymer engineering students into basic concepts of measurement and control engineering. For a better understanding of the discussed theories, the course includes practical exercises (simulations and laboratory exercises).
