Students are able to produce advanced analyses of complex relationships between the economy and gender relations. Students can identify and critically discuss gender blind assumptions and gendered implications of economic theories and practices.

Knowledge
Students are able to understand (k2) advanced concepts of feminist economics. They are able to interpret (k2) and critically assess (k5) academic texts on feminist economics.
Students are able to apply (k3) feminist economic theories and to connect them analytically to current economic issues (k4).

Criteria for evaluation
The course is a literature seminar. Students actively analyse the texts (see KUSSS), reflect upon them, discuss them in the course and develop the topics. This should lead to a scientific paper, developing one of the discussed areas of research.
