Skills Knowledge
  • Setting up test benches for pneumatic and hdyraulic drive systmes (K3)
  • Assessment of safety risks related to fluid power experiments and preparation of user instructions (K5)
  • Selection and application of position, angle, temperature, pressure and flow rate sensors on fluid power experiments (K3)
  • Calibration of pressure and flow rate sensors (K3)
  • Programming of automatic data acquisiton and evaluation for fluid power test rigs (K6)
  • Solution of simple feedback control tasks with fluid power actuators (K6)
  • Knowledge of parts of the EU code 2023/1230 relevant to fluid power technology
  • Knowledge of legislation about the application and periodic inspection of hydro-pneumatic accumulators
  • Basic knowledge about compressibiltiy behaviour of hydraulic fluids
  • Basic knowlege on major and minor pressure losses in fluid power circuits
  • Acquaintance with data acquisition and control hardware applied to fluid power systems
