(*)Students will understand and be able to apply, and explain how to use NMR spectrometers (practical and applied theory) and how to process and analyse NMR data.
Fertigkeiten Kenntnisse
(*)More specifically, on completion of the course they will be able to • follow NMR laboratory safety procedures. (k1, k2, k3) • know, identify and operate the components of an NMR spectrometer. (k1, k2, k3) • prepare NMR samples. (k1, k2, k3) • know and apply the setup of routine NMR spectroscopic experiments. (k1, k2, k3) • know and apply basic data processing. (k1, k2, k3, k4) • identify, recognise and evaluate common errors. (k1, k2, k3, k4) • know and apply the setup of multi-pulse and multi-dimensional experimental design.
