Students are able to negotiate and solve complex issues in the form of simulated court proceedings, shareholder meetings or contract negotiations.
Skills Knowledge
  • analyze complex cases and subsume them under standards from the field of corporate law and antitrust law or intellectual property law (k4)
  • convene fictitious shareholders' meetings, take a legal position and create arguments for the representation of this position in order to pass a shareholders' resolution (k5, k6)
  • develop strategies for enforcing rights and defend the respective position in simulated court hearings (k5, k6)
