  • LO1: Students are able to select and argue for suitable stakeholder analyses, carry them out and, based on this, formulate appropriate stakeholder strategies including suitable social media posts for interaction with stakeholders.

  • LO2: Students are able to apply stakeholder tools in practice and evaluate the possible uses and limitations of stakeholder tools with reference to specific cases.
  • LO3: Students can analyze stakeholders, create customized communication and media concepts and generate appropriate social media messages.
  • LO4: Students are able to critically examine and argue the suitability of different stakeholder management approaches for specific practical cases.
Learning Outcomes

  • LO5: Students know basic theories and models of strategic stakeholder management and can explain the advantages and disadvantages of individual tools.
  • LO6: Students know and understand key methods of stakeholder analysis and the formulation of contributions to interaction with stakeholders.
Criteria for evaluation A total of 100 points can be achieved in this course.

  • Task on stakeholder tools and theories (group work): max. 25 points
  • Reflection on stakeholder tools and theories in practical application (individual work): max. 25 points
  • Stakeholder media analysis (group work): max. 25 points
  • Social media contribution (group work): max. 25 points

Minimum requirement: 50% of the total points

Feedback: Constructive feedback both within the course and on each individual written individual and group performance.

Methods Different methods are used in the flipped classroom format to achieve the teaching and learning objectives:

  • Self-directed learning with the help of given literature and materials
  • Theory-based, interactive learning in small groups including reflection and feedback in plenary
  • Concise impulses, interactive exercises and intensive discussions in different formats
  • Application of know-how for a real company / organization in small teams
  • Use of different media to present complex content in an understandable way
