This course aims to equip students with the essential entrepreneurial and leadership skills needed to succeed in today's dynamic and increasingly entrepreneurial business environment. Through a blend of theoretical concepts and practical applications, students will explore the mindset, strategies, and skills necessary to explore and exploit entrepreneurial opportunities, lead entrepreneurial teams, and innovate in various organizational contexts.

- Reflective paper: Individual assignment in which students personally reflect on personal the development of their entrepreneurial and leadership skills.

- Case Studies: Analysis of real-world entrepreneurial successes and failures, especially those that demonstrate resilience and antifragility.
- Guest speakers: Inviting entrepreneurs and leadership experts to share their experiences and insights.
- Collaborative projects: Team-based projects that simulate startup environments, focusing on creativity, innovation, and leadership.
- Reflective writing: Encouraging students to reflect on their entrepreneurial journey, focusing on personal ambition, growth, and development.
- Debates and discussions about current economic, social, and political topics in relation to entrepreneurship.
