Competences
Students have in-depth knowledge of topics related to the focus area of corporate law. Depending on the chosen course, they are able to independently classify issues relating to corporate law, labor and social law, tax law and insolvency law and to subsume them under the respective standards and solve complex questions. Based on the skills they have acquired, they can critically analyze current challenges in selected areas of corporate law, collective and individual employment law as well as corporate law and group tax law and identify solutions.
