Competences
Students have in-depth knowledge of topics in the area of environmental law. Depending on the course chosen, they will be able to explain the basic principles of transport, energy, waste management or water protection law. They are also able to analyze the problems and challenges in selected areas of environmental law. They are familiar with the influence of European and international law on environmental law. Students will also be able to classify issues correctly, subsume them under the respective standards and solve practice-oriented questions.
