Competences
Students have in-depth knowledge of topics in the field of criminal law. For example, they will recognize the practical problems in the implementation of procedural principles (material truth, immediacy, rights of defence) and know the basic principles of victimology and/or criminology. In addition, they develop a feel for economic contexts and acquire in-depth knowledge in selected interface areas and master legal methodology. On this basis, they are able to subsume and solve practice-oriented cases under the respective standards.
