Competences |
| Students have in-depth knowledge of topics related to the focus area of state, society and politics. Depending on the chosen course, they will be able to present, for example, state and constitutional theory, state finance law (financial constitution, budget law, financial control) and state-church law. They are also able to classify current events and challenges in constitutional jurisdiction and solve practice-oriented cases. They are familiar with digital legal transactions in the state, the electronic generation of law in parliament and the use of e-democracy.
