Students have in-depth knowledge of topics related to the focus area of legal gender studies, anti-discrimination and diversity. For example, depending on the course chosen, they will be able to discuss and classify the history of the gender order, interdisciplinary principles or protection against discrimination in employment or social law. Based on the skills they have acquired, they are also able to apply protection against discrimination in and outside the working environment to practical cases. They can correctly classify and critically assess new issues.
