(*)The students gain fundamental understanding of the principles of current superresolution techniques and their applications and limitations for fixed and living cells/tissues. Students will learn the basics for image acquisition with hands-on experience using STED microscopy. Troubleshooting microscopic applications is another focus of this course.

Beurteilungskriterien
(*)Attendance of at least 75 %.
Active participation: Students will receive hand-on training at the STED microscope based on their own samples. Results will be presented and discussed in the group.
